| | The Delray Beach Housing Authority is building our new, permanent home at 82 Northwest 5th Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33444. The new building, to be named the West Settlers Service Center, will house the DBHA Administrative Offices once completed.
In designing the West Settlers Service Center, careful attention has been paid to making its appearance consistent with the historic character of the West Settlers Historic District. The Delray Beach Housing Authority believes that the West Settlers Service Center will contribute to the return of the 5th Avenue Corridor to its once vibrant state, and increase the economic vitality of the West Atlantic Commercial Corridor.
